Product

Who does the inspections: you or TTM?
You choose. You can run inspections with your own inspector or a company you trust and use LiftGest to record everything, or let our inspectors check your equipment and record it all in your account. You can start one way and switch to the other without losing anything.
What is LiftGest?
A platform to keep track of your lifting equipment, its periodic inspections, who checks each item out and returns it, and the documentation for each one. It produces the inspection logbook the regulations require. It is built by TTM Revisiones, a company that inspects lifting equipment.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The dashboard runs in the browser. Operators and inspectors work from their phones: with the LiftGest Campo app on Android, or from the browser on any phone.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. The field app stores the work on the phone and sends it once the connection is back, without duplicate submissions. A checkout or an inspection done in a basement keeps the time it was done, not the time it arrived.
How do I load my equipment?
One by one, several identical units at once, or in bulk from an Excel sheet. You can also add an item from its certificate: artificial intelligence reads the document and fills in the record (a credit-based feature).
Does it handle composite equipment, such as a multi-leg chain sling?
Yes. An item can have components, each with its own tracking number and documentation. If the assembly passes the inspection, the components inherit the result; if not, only the failing one is documented.
How is each item identified in the field?
With QR labels you print from the dashboard or NFC tags carrying its tracking number. The operator scans them with their phone to check the item out, return it or look it up.
Which languages is it available in?
The client dashboard and the field app are available in Spanish, English, French, Portuguese and German. Each user picks their own.

Pricing and billing

What does each plan include?
All plans include full platform access; only the limits differ. Basic (€89/month): 50 items, 1 user, 1 operator and 2 documents per item. Professional (€199/month): 200 items, 3 users, 3 operators and 5 documents per item. Enterprise (€299/month): 500 items, 5 users, 10 operators, 10 documents per item and full API access. Corporate: custom items and users, with SLA and priority support.
Can I change plan?
Yes, whenever you want, from My plan. The change applies immediately and is prorated: the difference, in your favour or not, goes on the next invoice. To move to a lower plan, what you already have (items, users, operators) has to fit in the new one.
What are add-ons?
They extend your plan without moving up a tier: packs of +50 items for €25/month and +5 operators for €15/month, and API access for €50/month on plans that don't include it. You add them from My plan and they are added to your fee.
Is there a minimum term? How do I cancel?
There is no minimum term. You cancel from My plan and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; partial periods are not refunded. Before confirming you can download all your data, and it is deleted 30 days after cancellation.
How do I pay?
By card or SEPA direct debit, through Stripe, monthly or yearly. TTM issues your invoice, and the receipts for each payment are in My plan, where you can also change your payment method.
Do prices include VAT?
No, they are published without VAT. Companies in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: +21 %. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: no Spanish VAT. Companies in another EU country with a valid VAT number: no VAT (reverse charge; we check it in VIES). Outside the EU: no Spanish VAT.
What if you raise your prices?
You keep the price you signed up with. New rates only apply to new sign-ups.
What's the difference between "Platform only" and "With TTM service"?
In "Platform only" mode you use LiftGest with your own external inspector: the platform handles equipment, revisions, documentation and operators, but inspections are carried out by whoever you choose. With "TTM service", in addition to the platform, certified inspectors from TTM Revisiones perform the on-site inspections and sign the books.
How does the API work?
The read-only REST API is included in the Enterprise and Corporate plans, and can be added to the others for €50/month. It gives access to equipment, revisions, inspections, movements and documents, so you can bring them into your ERP, using tokens you generate from the dashboard.

Regulations

Which regulation requires lifting equipment to be inspected?
In Spain, Royal Decree 1215/1997, which transposes Directive 2009/104/EC: employers must periodically check their work equipment and keep the results available to the labour authority. The same directive applies across the rest of the EU, through each country's own law.
How often does it have to be inspected?
It depends on the country, the type of equipment and how it is used; many rules set no fixed interval and refer to the manufacturer's instructions and the conditions of use. In Resources you'll find a guideline table by country. LiftGest alerts you before each inspection falls due.
Does the Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 apply to me?
As a user, not directly: that regulation applies to whoever manufactures the machine or places it on the market. What requires you to inspect and document the equipment you already use is Directive 2009/104/EC.
Does ISO 45001 require it to be digital?
No. ISO 45001 is voluntary and asks for documented, controlled evidence; paper is fine. Going digital helps keep that evidence complete, dated and at hand when someone asks for it.
Who carries out the inspections?
Whoever you choose. You can use LiftGest with your own inspector or inspection company, or hire the service with TTM Revisiones inspectors.
Can I show the logbook to an auditor without giving them access to the platform?
Yes. You send them an expiring link to the inspection logbook, which you can revoke whenever you like and which records every time it is opened.

Data and security

Is the data secure?
No customer can open another's equipment, inspections or documents, and automated tests check this on every release. The connection is encrypted, there are daily backups, two-step verification and passkeys, and a log of who does what. Documents and signatures can't be reached through a direct link.
Can I export my data?
Yes, anytime from the client portal you can download a ZIP with all your data: CSV files of equipment, revisions, inspections, movements and attached documents. Right to data portability (GDPR art. 20) compliant.
Who can see my data?
Only the users in your company, each according to their role. TTM staff access it to support you or, if you hire the service, to carry out the inspections. TTM processes your data as a data processor under the GDPR and uses it for nothing else.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the paid period, and then have 30 days to download everything. After that, it is permanently deleted. Invoices and tax data are kept for as long as the law requires.
Is there a record of who did what?
Yes. Every checkout, return, inspection and signature is stored in the item's history with its author and date, and photos can carry the item, the person and the time stamped on them.
