Professional (€199/month): 200 items, 3 users, 3 operators and 5 documents per item. Enterprise (€299/month): 500 items, 5 users, 10 operators, 10 documents per item and full API access. Corporate: custom items and users, with SLA and priority support.
In "Platform only" mode you use LiftGest with your own external inspector: the platform handles equipment, revisions, documentation and operators, but inspections are carried out by whoever you choose. With "TTM service", in addition to the platform, certified inspectors from TTM Revisiones perform the on-site inspections and sign the books.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade whenever you need. The change takes effect in the next billing cycle, prorating the difference. Switching to annual billing also saves you 10% over the monthly price.
Optional packs that extend your plan without changing tier: extra items (packs of 50/100/250), additional operators or users, and specialized modules (extended digital signature, custody, integrations). Contracted separately on top of any plan, billable monthly or annually.
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time at no extra cost. Annual billing is paid upfront with a 10% discount; if you cancel before the year ends, you keep the service until the last paid month.
The REST API is available on Enterprise and Corporate plans. It allows you to integrate LiftGest with your ERP or other systems via token-authenticated endpoints (Laravel Sanctum) with scope-based permissions. Swagger/OpenAPI documentation included.
Yes. Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, daily automated backups, optional 2FA (TOTP) authentication for all roles, strict password policy with expiry and history, and audit logs. GDPR compliant.
