LiftGest Campo

A day with the app, from pick-up to return

This is how an operator uses it on a typical working day: wearing gloves, in areas without coverage and, at times, in another language.

  1. 07:30

    Operator

    Picks up the equipment

No need to search a list: scan the QR label or hold the phone to the NFC tag to open the equipment record, with its status and next inspection date.

  2. 07:32

    Operator

    Checks it before taking it

Answers the checklist for its family. If a blocking check fails, the equipment stays put, and who attempted it and why are recorded.

  3. 09:15

    Operator

    Works without coverage

The app keeps working. Records are stored on the phone and sent once the connection is back, without duplicates and with the actual time of the work.

  4. 11:00

    Operator

    Their colleague doesn't speak Spanish

Each person chooses their language: Spanish, English, French, Portuguese or German. The check questions are translated too, so they understand what they sign.

  5. 14:10

    Operator

    Returns it and signs

With a signature and, if needed, photographs. The app calculates the usage time and assigns it to the day's operation.

  6. 16:30

    Office

    The office reviews the day

Sees what's out, who has it and since when. If an item goes 24 hours without coming back, an alert goes off.

And when the inspector arrives

Inspects on site, also without signal: checks for each item, verdict, remarks, photos and signature on closing. For assemblies they check the assembly first and only open the parts that fail. And when writing an item's NFC tag they can lock it: after that nobody can rewrite it.

What you need

  • An Android phone with the LiftGest Campo app.
  • On iPhone, operators work from the phone's browser, with QR scanning.
  • One user per operator. Their phone is linked to the account and unlocks with a PIN or fingerprint.

We'll show you the app with your equipment and in your team's language.
