Rating plate, working load limit and tracking number. The QR label or NFC tag opens its record instantly.
Each family —hoists, shackles, hooks, chains, spreader beams— has its own checklist. If a blocking check fails, the equipment cannot be declared a pass.
Defects, the rating plate and the general condition. Each photograph is linked to the equipment, the inspector and the date and time.
Pass, repair or fail, with the inspector's remarks. For assemblies, the defective component is identified.
When the inspection is closed, the inspector signs and you approve. The inspection logbook becomes available, with the regulations applicable to each family.
A spreader beam with its shackles, or a multi-leg sling with its master link, is managed as an assembly with its components. If the assembly passes, so do its parts; if not, only the failing part is documented.
You can register equipment of any brand, including from its certificate. LiftGest is not tied to TTM products.
Operators check out and return each item from their phone, with a pre-use check. If a blocking check fails, the equipment does not leave the store.
Group movements by operation —an unloading, a construction site— and see the usage time and cost of each item on that job.
